Welcome to Ayunila
What Ayunila is, how the app is organized, and where to go next.
What is Ayunila?
Ayunila is a complete operating system for a busy OPD clinic. It replaces the register, the token board, the prescription pad and the end-of-day tally sheet with one connected system — from the moment a patient books an appointment to the moment they walk out with a bill and a follow-up reminder.
- Appointments & queue — bookings, walk-ins and a live token board
- Consultation & prescriptions — vitals, diagnosis, drug typeahead and printable Rx
- Billing — GST-ready invoices with cash, UPI and card payment
- Pharmacy — inventory, counter sale and dispensing straight from a prescription
- Lab — test orders, results and a catalogue of tests
- Reports — a day-end summary of patients, collections and dues
- WhatsApp reminders — appointment nudges, follow-up recalls and an owner's nightly digest
- Multi-branch — a group of clinics under one login, with a consolidated overview
Who it's for
Everyone on the clinic's team gets one login and a view built for their job: the owner runs the business, doctors consult and prescribe, receptionists manage the front desk and queue, pharmacists dispense, lab staff run tests, and billing staff collect payment. Each person only sees what they're allowed to touch — nothing more, nothing less.
How the app is organized
The left sidebar groups everything into three sections, plus Dashboard at the top. Clinical is the patient-facing work: Appointments, Queue, Patients, Prescriptions and Follow-ups. Operations is what keeps the clinic running: Billing, Pharmacy and Lab. Insights is where you step back and look at the bigger picture: Reports, Messages, Settings and Help.
- Clinical — Appointments, Queue, Patients, Prescriptions, Follow-ups
- Operations — Billing, Pharmacy, Lab
- Insights — Reports, Messages, Settings, Help
Not every menu item shows for every role — Pharmacy only appears for clinics on a plan with the pharmacy module, and Reports and Settings are owner-only. If something you expect is missing, it's usually a role or plan gate, not a bug.
Getting help
This Help Center is always one click away from Help in the sidebar. Every article here describes a real screen in the app — nothing here is hypothetical.
- 1Open Help from the sidebar (Insights → Help).
- 2Use the search box to find an article by keyword — it searches titles, summaries and the full text of every article.
- 3Browse by category if you'd rather skim than search.
New to Ayunila? Read "Set up your clinic" next if you're the owner, or "Accounts, login & 2FA" if you just need to sign in and find your way around. "A day at the clinic" walks through the full daily loop end to end.
No. Skim "A day at the clinic" for the big picture, then come back to specific articles as questions come up.
Yes. Most articles apply to whichever roles actually use that screen — look at the roles noted at the top of each article, or just read the ones matching your day-to-day work.
