Your patient portal
Sign in with just your mobile number to see your appointments, prescriptions, bills and profile in one place.
Signing in — no password needed
- 1Go to your clinic's patient login page (linked from your booking confirmation, or shared by the clinic).
- 2Enter your mobile number and tap Send OTP.
- 3A 6-digit code arrives by SMS — enter it (or paste it) on the next screen.
- 4You're taken straight to your dashboard once it's verified.
The code expires after a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, wait for the resend timer to finish and tap Resend OTP — a fresh code invalidates the old one.
Your dashboard, at a glance
- Your next appointment — doctor, date, time and token number, with a one-tap Book new appointment link.
- Every clinic you've visited, with your last and next visit at each.
- Your five most recent completed visits.
- Your most recent prescriptions.
- Any bill that's still pending, with a quick link to pay it.
The portal is not tied to one clinic — if you've visited more than one clinic on Ayunila with the same mobile number, all of them show up here under one login.
Appointments
My Appointments lists everything, split into Upcoming and Past. From an upcoming appointment you can tap Cancel appointment — this works for anything that's still Booked or Checked in. Once a consultation has started or finished, cancelling has to go through the clinic instead.
Cancelling from the portal can't be undone — you'll need to make a fresh booking if you change your mind.
Prescriptions
My Prescriptions lists every prescription written for you, across every clinic — the diagnosis, the doctor, the date and how many medicines were prescribed. Open a visit's Summary from your appointment history for the same detail.
Open a prescription and tap Download to save it as a PDF — handy for insurance claims or a second opinion.
Bills and paying online
Billing History lists every invoice raised for you, with what's paid and what's pending. Open one to download it as a PDF. Where a clinic has online payments switched on, an unpaid invoice shows a Pay online button — it opens a secure payment page (UPI, card or netbanking, depending on what the clinic supports) in a new tab.
If a bill shows a demo tag next to it, that clinic's online payments are still in test mode — the charge isn't real. Pay at the clinic in that case.
If part of a bill has already been paid at the counter (say, part cash), Pay online won't be offered for the remainder yet — settle the balance directly with the clinic.
Your profile
My Profile shows your name, phone and email, plus — for each clinic you're registered at — your blood group, known allergies and chronic conditions as recorded by that clinic. It also has quick tabs to jump straight to your full prescription and invoice history.
Wait for the resend countdown to finish, then tap Resend OTP. Make sure you're checking the number you typed in — SMS delivery can occasionally take a minute during busy hours.
On the OTP screen, tap "Wrong number? Go back" to return to the login screen and re-enter your number. No code is sent until you request one for the new number.
Yes. Signing in only shows records tied to your own mobile number, and nobody else can see them without access to your phone's OTP. Your clinic uses your details only to provide your care, generate bills and manage your appointments — never sold or used for anything else.
