Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 24 July 2026

This page explains how subscription billing, cancellation and refunds work for Ayunila. Specific figures marked [TODO] are placeholders pending the owner's confirmation and are not yet in effect.

Subscription billing

Ayunila is sold as a recurring subscription, billed either monthly or annually depending on the cycle your clinic chooses at sign-up. New clinics may be offered a free trial period before billing begins. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's subscription settings, or by writing to us.

  • Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not end your access immediately.
  • Your clinic keeps access to Ayunila for the remainder of the billing period you've already paid for.
  • [TODO: owner to confirm] whether cancellation can be reversed before the period ends, and any notice period required for annual plans.

Refund eligibility

Because Ayunila is a software subscription that clinics use continuously, fees already covering a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable.

  • [TODO: owner to confirm] whether pro-rated refunds are offered for annual plans cancelled partway through the year.
  • [TODO: owner to confirm] the specific window (e.g. number of days after purchase) within which a first-time subscriber may request a full refund, if any.
  • Duplicate charges, failed payments that were nonetheless debited, or charges resulting from a verified billing error on our part will be corrected or refunded.

To request a refund, contact us with your clinic name, invoice or payment reference, and the reason for the request — see /contact.

What happens to your data after cancellation

After a subscription ends, your clinic's data is not deleted immediately. You can export your data, and we retain it for a period so you can reactivate the account or complete an export.

[TODO: owner to confirm] the exact data-retention window after cancellation and the deletion process that follows it. Note that some clinical records must be retained beyond this regardless, per applicable Indian record-keeping law — see /legal/privacy.

Failed and disputed payments

If an automatic renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify your clinic and may retry the charge or restrict access to paid features until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us as soon as possible.

To cancel a subscription or request a refund, write to [email protected] or see our contact page.
