For clinic owners & managers

Set up your clinic, build your team, watch the money, and see everything that's happening across every branch.

What you see when you log in

You get the full sidebar — Clinical (Appointments, Queue, Patients, Prescriptions, Follow-ups), Operations (Billing, Pharmacy, Lab, depending on your plan), and Insights (Reports, Messages, Settings). The Dashboard is your home screen: today's appointment stats, revenue, a doctors-on-duty roster, and alerts for anything that needs attention — low-stock medicines, unpaid invoices — right up top. Reports and Settings are owner/manager-only; no other role sees them, even by guessing the URL.

First-day setup

If you're starting fresh, work through Settings → Clinic setup: clinic name, address, GSTIN and GST rate, then add your doctors, add your other staff, and set up Services & pricing so procedures have a price and the right tax treatment. See First-day setup for the full walkthrough — a setup preset can fill in sensible billing and feature defaults in one click if you don't want to configure each toggle by hand.

Adding doctors and staff

  1. 1Settings → Doctors to add a doctor — name, phone, specialization, consultation fee, slot length and room label (email optional).
  2. 2Settings → Staff for everyone else — front desk, billing, pharmacy, lab.
  3. 3Pick a role: Clinic Admin or Manager (full access), Receptionist, Billing, Pharmacist, Lab Admin (runs the test catalogue and pricing) or Lab Technician (runs samples and results, can't touch prices).
  4. 4Saving creates a one-time password-setup link — share it, or Resend invite later if it expired.
  5. 5Adding a Pharmacist or Lab role only works once your plan includes that module — the form says so up front if it doesn't.
Tip

A new account shows as Invited until they set their password, then flips to Active. Deactivate someone without deleting their history — their past prescriptions, invoices and visits stay intact.

Your plan, and watching the money

Settings → Your plan is the honest answer to "what do I actually have?" — every feature gets a row: included (in your plan), granted (an add-on switched on for you), off (you've turned it off), or upgrade (needs a higher plan). Settings → Subscription is where the money lives — your current plan, usage against its quotas, and upgrading. Reports gives you the day-end report (appointments, collections by payment method, consults by doctor) plus Revenue, Appointments and Doctor-performance analytics over any date range — everything billing staff see, plus the analytics behind it.

Tip

Turn on the owner digest in Settings and skip opening the app every evening — near closing time you get a WhatsApp message summarising the day's appointments, revenue and anything outstanding. It's opt-in and off by default.

Running more than one branch

If your clinics are set up as a group, the branch switcher at the top of the sidebar jumps between them, and Group overview gives you a consolidated dashboard, reports, staff roster and patient list across every branch at once. Manage branches from Settings → Branches, subject to your plan's branch quota.

Heads up

Deleting a doctor or staff member is permanent for that login — their past clinical records stay attached to the clinic, but they can no longer sign in. Deactivate instead if you might need the account again.

Why can't a manager see the same things I can as clinic admin?

They can — Manager and Clinic Admin get identical access in Ayunila. Use Manager for a trusted person who runs the day without being the account's legal owner.

A staff member says they can't reach a page I can see.

Check their role in Settings → Staff or Doctors. Reports and Settings are owner-only; Billing, Pharmacy and Lab are role- and plan-gated.

Where do I turn the nightly digest on or off?

Settings → the notifications section — a single opt-in toggle.

I don't see Group overview even with multiple clinics.

It only appears once your branches are linked under a group with you as the owner — check Settings → Branches.
