Lab Reports lists every lab order raised for you, across every clinic — the tests ordered, the date, the clinic and the order's status.
Before your results are ready
An order that's still Ordered, Collected or Processing shows as "Awaiting results" — there's nothing to open yet. This is deliberate: your results only appear once the lab has reported them, never as a half-entered or in-progress reading.
Cancelled orders are shown too, so your list stays complete, but there's nothing to open for those either.
Once it's reported
Tap a reported order to see the full report: each test with its result value, unit, reference range and a flag — Normal, Low, High or Abnormal — plus any remarks the lab added. The report also shows who referred the test and who reported the result.
Open a reported order and tap Download report to save it as a PDF.
The lab hasn't finished reporting it. Results are only shown once every test on the order has been reported — before that, the order just shows as awaiting results.
If the clinic has your phone number on file, you'll get a WhatsApp notification the moment the order is fully reported.
