Reports
Close out the day with the day-end report, and check appointment and doctor performance over time.
The day-end report
Reports (the day-end report) is the closing snapshot of one clinic day: what was collected, how many consults were done, how the day's revenue breaks down by payment method and by doctor.
- Collected — total revenue taken in that day, with the number of invoices.
- Consults done — completed appointments out of the day's total.
- New patients — first-visit patients registered that day.
- Outstanding — total on unpaid invoices from the day.
Picking a date
- 1Open Reports.
- 2Use the date picker at the top-right to choose any past day (future dates aren't selectable).
- 3The report reloads for that date automatically.
Breakdown by payment method and by doctor
Two cards sit alongside the appointment breakdown: Collections by method shows how much came in as cash, UPI and card (with a count per method), plus the day's total billed versus outstanding. Consults by doctor ranks each doctor by how many consults they closed that day, with a bar showing their share relative to the busiest doctor.
Appointment & doctor reports
Beyond the day-end view, Reports also covers longer-range analytics: appointment trends by month and weekday and by specialty, monthly revenue trend with new-patient counts, and a per-doctor performance report (appointments, completion rate and revenue) over a chosen date range.
Exporting
Export CSV downloads that day's invoices as a spreadsheet — invoice number, patient, subtotal, discount, GST, total, status and created time.
Export CSV requires the audit.export plan entitlement. Without it, the button doesn't appear (or the export fails with a message telling you it needs the add-on).
Printing the report
Click Print to get a clean A4 printout of the day-end report — the clinic name and report date are added as a header, and all the on-screen controls (date picker, buttons) are hidden automatically so only the report content prints.
No — the date picker won't let you go past today.
It only appears if your clinic's plan includes the audit.export entitlement.
Yes — they're counted in Outstanding and in the by-method/billed-vs-outstanding breakdown, but not in Collected (which is only what's actually been paid).
It's built for owners and billing staff — check with your admin if you need access and don't have it.
